Louise, as Director and Owner, focuses on project management while overseeing high-level operations. She serves as the main point of contact for all contractors, making final decisions and leading major projects in collaboration with owners and contractors. Her responsibilities also include financial management, overseeing accounts and fully managed homes.

Additionally, she assesses and onboards new properties, ensuring they meet company standards. Working closely with Stephanie, she plays a key role in overseeing company-wide operations, maintaining efficiency and excellence across all aspects of the business.
