Welcome to a beautiful Simbithi Estate family holiday home, where the charm of coastal living meets comfort and relaxation. This expansive 5-bedroom retreat is thoughtfully designed for families, with each bedroom featuring its own ensuite to provide both privacy and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere for group stays. The outdoor spaces are perfect for soaking up the breathtaking sea views, including a scenic dining area overlooking the water for memorable alfresco meals.
Inside, guests can enjoy a dedicated bar area and multiple entertainment zones, perfect for family gatherings and relaxation. The nearby Kingfisher and Heron Community Centres also offer pools and family-friendly activities. BACK-UP POWER

In the event of loadshedding or grid power failure the inverter system will automatically switch on. This means that all lights, plug sockets, TV's, WiFi routers will be powered. Please note that all non essential items such as air-con units, fridges, freezers, washing machines, tumble driers, dishwashers, ovens, electric hobs, microwaves will not work.

The battery back up system lasts on average of 3 to 4 hours.



BEDROOMS

Bedroom One: Separate from main building, King side bed with aircon, built-in wardrobe, en-suite with shower and single basin, open plan loo. Doors open onto the outside area.

Bedroom Two: Kids room with two single beds, aircon, built in wardrobe, en-suite with bath tub, shower and single basin, open plan loo. Bedroom Three: Kids room with two single beds, en-suite with shower and single basin, open plan loo.

Bedroom Four: Master Bedroom with King size bed, aircon, sea view, en-suite with bath tub, shower and double basin, open plan loo.

Bedroom Five: Flatlet outside separate from main house, down the stairs, Queen Size bed with aircon, built-in wardrobe, en-suite with shower and single basin, private loo. Doors open onto the outside garden.

Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure, then on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.

We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
