BACK UP POWER

In the event of power outages the inverter system will automatically switch on. This means that all lights, plug sockets, TV's, WiFi routers will be powered. Please note that all non essential items such as air-con units, fridges, freezers, bar fridges, washing machines, tumble driers, dishwashers, ovens,stove, microwaves will not work. The battery back up system lasts on average of 3 to 4 hours. Please note that the more lights and plug sockets that you use during this time will result in this average time frame being reduced. Please use reduce consumption during battery operation times to maximise battery capacity.


THE DRIVEWAY

Please note that while some guests may find our driveway to be steep, others may not perceive it in the same way. Factors such as individual driving experience, vehicle type, and personal comfort levels can greatly influence one's perception of steepness.

 

SECURITY

The garden is fully fenced and lit

There is a night guard that patrols the perimeter of the house from 6pm to 6am each night

The house is within a secure beach estate that benefits from a guard hut at entrance and night beach patrols in front of the house

Bedroom One: Upstairs, King-size bed, sea view room with aircon, access to a private balcony, walk-in wardrobes, black-out blinds and sheer curtains, lounge area with sofa and smart TV, dressing table and mirror, open-plan ensuite with freestanding bath tub, double shower, open plan toilet and double basin.

Bedroom Two: Upstairs, King bed/Twin beds apart, sea view room with aircon, access to a private balcony, built-in wardrobes, black-out blinds and sheer curtains, seating area with smart TV, open-plan ensuite with freestanding bath tub, shower, separate toilet and double basin.

Bedroom Three: Upstairs, King-size bed, sea view room with aircon, access to a private balcony, built-in wardrobes, black-out blinds and sheer curtains, smart TV, open-plan ensuite with freestanding bath tub, outdoor shower, separate toilet and island with double basin.

Bedroom Four: Downstairs, Queen-size bed, sea view room with aircon, access out onto front deck and lap pool. Built-in wardrobes, black-out blinds with sheer curtains, open-plan ensuite with shower, open plan toilet and double basin.

Bedroom Five: Queen-size bed with aircon, built-in wardrobes, wooden blinds, open-plan ensuite with shower, open plan toilet and single basin. Bedroom window onto the front courtyard.

Bedroom Six: Kids Room - sleeps 3. Bunk bed & single bed, aircon, built-in wardrobes, wooden blind, open-plan ensuite with shower, open plan toilet and single basin.

Bedroom Seven: Kids Room - sleeps 3. Bunk bed & single bed, built-in wardrobes, wooden blind, open-plan ensuite with shower, open plan toilet and single basin.

Please note the 2 bunkbed rooms are located in the middle of the apartment, feature ducted air conditioning, with windows positioned in the adjoining bathroom.

Flatlet is set up for kids, but can sleep 2 adults in bedroom Five. Flatlet has a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is an open plan TV lounge with drop down projector screen offering Apple TV with Netflix and DSTV and ducted aircon throughout.

LCE SEASONS

Peak Season: from December & January. General High season period. Minimum of 10 - 14 nights' stay

Mid Season: A combination of Provincial Private and Public School Holidays and Long Weekends. Minimum of 3 - 5 nights' stay

Low Season: All dates outside Peak & Mid Season periods. Minimum of 2 nights' stay



RESERVATIONS

This house offers limited availability throughout the year.

Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure, then on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.

We do not accept student bookings & approved parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
