The house is nestled into an exceptionally beautiful patch of coastal forrest between the well known coastal towns of Ballito and Umdloti Beach. This unique position offers guests complete privacy yet the location is central to everything.

Villa Sur Mer is a 10 mins drive from the main shopping centres and restaurants and a 10 minute drive from King Shaka International Airport.

Walk directly out of your secure beach gate onto a beautiful private beach frequented only by neighbours and sometimes local fishermen. Beautiful rock pools are directly in front of the property and are places to fish, swim, and snorkel. The area directly in front of this property has large oyster beds, crayfish and one of the most famous surf spots on the North Coast.

BACK-UP POWER & WATER

In the event of load shedding the solar back-up system will power the house and last on average 3-4 hours. This will power most lights, some plug sockets, TV, Wifi routers, alarm, fridges and gate motor, and borehole pump.

Non essential items such as aircon units, washing machine, electric oven and microwaves not connected

Battery torches/lamps are available in the bedrooms.

Back-up Jojo water tank feeds the house and the water is drinkable.

Bedroom Three: King-size bed, with ceiling fan and aircon, dressing table, walk-in wardrobe. Ensuite with bathtub & shower, open plan loo and single basin.

Bedroom Four: King-size bed, with ceiling fan and aircon and smart TV. Ensuite with bathtub & shower, open plan loo and single basin.

Bedroom Five: King-size bed, with ceiling fan and aircon and dressing table. Garden and sea view and access to own balcony and TV. Ensuite with bathtub & shower, open plan loo and single basin.

Outside Bedroom (for Nanny or Housekeeper): Separate outside entrance, own shower and toilet.

This house offers limited availability throughout the year.

Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure, then on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.

We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
