Outstanding seven-bedroom freestanding home on Colwyn Drive in Sheffield Beach. This holiday home that sits on a huge double plot with the garden running straight onto the beach and incredible sea views from most of the rooms in the house.

The main house is made up of seven bedrooms - three of which are upstairs and a further four downstairs. The entertaining space is all open plan with a large state of the art kitchen, separate scullery, two dining areas, lounge and TV area. All this entertaining space flows out on to a wooden deck with a rim-flow pool, braai area, further soft seating and table and chairs for al-fresco dining. 

15 mins drive from local shops and restaurants and 25 minutes drive from the New King Shaka International Airport.

Sheffield Beach, just north of Salt Rock and virtually ten minutes from Ballito, is the beautiful beach of Sheffield with its sheltered coves and wonderful rock pools that invite little people to spend hours collecting shells and admiring sea anemones.

BACK UP POWER

In the event of loadshedding or power failure, the solar system will automatically start and will last for a few hours depending on usage.

Please note that this only powers a few lights, TV in a the main lounge, Wifi & and alarm. There are portable rechargeable lamps for guest use.

Bedroom Four: Queen bed, open plan en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, single basin, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan, aircon, sea views and sliding doors onto the deck.

Bedroom Five: King-size bed, open plan en-suite bathroom with shower, built-in wardrobes, sea views and sliding doors onto the deck, aircon & ceiling fan.

Bedroom Six: Two single beds, ducted aircon, dressing table, built-in wardrobes and a shared family bathroom over the hallway with shower, toilet and single basin.

Bedroom Seven: Three single beds bed, built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and single basin. It also has ducted aircon and a small dressing table. Ideally for children.

Low Season: All dates outside Peak & Mid Season periods. Minimum of 2 nights' stay


RESERVATIONS

This house offers limited availability throughout the year.

Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure, then on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.

We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
