This sensational beach house has just been fully renovated and is available throughout the year for holiday rentals.
The house has 6 bedrooms which are split over two levels, with two master bedrooms on the entrance level and a further four downstairs. The house sleeps a maximum of 14 guests, with a cap on adults being 8.

5 mins drive from local shops and restaurants and 20 minutes from the New King Shaka International Airport.

Sheffield Beach, just north of Salt Rock and virtually ten minutes from Ballito, is the beautiful beach of Sheffield with its sheltered coves and wonderful rock pools that invite little people to spend hours collecting shells and admiring sea anemones.

Please note that while some guests may find our driveway to be steep, others may not perceive it in the same way.


BACK-UP POWER

In the event of power failure, rechargeable lamps are available in the bedrooms and a gas hob for cooking.

The inverter system will kick in automatically.

 

SECURITY

The house offers high security with internal and external zoned beams, perimeter non-climbing fence & IPSS 24/7 reaction team. Gate is padlocked to the beach. The house also benefits from security plantation shutters throughout

Bedroom One (upstairs): Upstairs: Master bedroom with a King size bed, sea views, air-con, ceiling fan, sofa, built-in wardrobes, work desk and chair, hair dryer, safe, en-suite bathroom with loo, bath, shower & double basin. There are plantation shutters in the bedroom

Bedroom Two (upstairs): 2nd Master bedroom with a king-size bed, sea views, air-con, ceiling fan, sofa, built-in wardrobes, work desk and chair, en-suite bathroom with loo, shower & single basin. There is also a safe and hair drier. Plantation shutters in the room

Bedroom Three (downstairs): King-size bed, sea views, air-con, ceiling fan, dressing table, built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with loo, shower & single basin. Hair drier in bedroom. Plantation security shutters.

Bedroom Four (downstairs): Queen-size bed, air-con, ceiling fan, sliding doors out to the courtyard, built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with loo, shower & single basin. Security plantation shutters

This house offers limited availability throughout the year.

Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure, then on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.

We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
